My Coaching Journey
I actually found coaching through falling apart a little bit first. Back in 2021, during the height of the pandemic, my career had ended, I’d gone through a breakup, and I honestly had no idea what I was doing with my life anymore. So I started therapy — and whilst trying to figure myself out, I became fascinated by this kind of work and the way we can completely lose ourselves without even realising it.
I knew I didn’t want to become a therapist, so I started looking for similar paths and stumbled across coaching. In November 2022, I completed my coaching training through One Mind Academy alongside my breathwork facilitator training. Shortly after, I went travelling for three months and put it on the back burner for a while — but I always knew this work mattered to me.
I’ve naturally ended up in leadership roles my whole life, even when I didn’t mean to. And honestly, I think one of my biggest strengths as a coach is that I don’t coach from a pedestal — I coach from lived experience. I understand heartbreak, burnout, poor mental health, identity shifts, rebuilding confidence, and trying to figure out who you are when your old life no longer fits.
As scary as emotional openness can be, I genuinely think it’s one of my biggest strengths. I care deeply about people, and I want my clients to feel seen, understood, and supported whilst navigating their own transitions. Because sometimes you don’t need to completely burn your life down — you just need the space, support, and honesty to come back to yourself.

I trained with OneMind Academy in Spiritual, Mindset & Life Coaching. The FHT-accredited qualification focused on mindset transformation, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, and supporting people through personal growth and life transitions.
I also completed my Breathwork Facilitator training through OneMind Academy. This FHT-accredited training focused on nervous system regulation, emotional release, breath-led healing practices, and safely guiding clients through transformational breathwork experiences.
Helping women figure out who they actually are underneath all the people-pleasing, burnout, and “I’m fine”s.
